We have set up a great opportunity for newbies to learn safe and efficient movements without the concern of being "lost" in a workout. Your group will be guided by an experienced and motivated CF-L1 Trainer.

The On-Ramp Classes have set days during each month. Each month is a set cycle of planned training to get you ready for CrossFit Classes. Participants will only be allowed to complete the program from the start to finish of each month, you will not be able to start mid month and carry over to the next month. On-Ramp classes will ONLY take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will start at 5pm sharp! Participants should expect to be engaged in class for one hour. Sign a Waiver below and let's get started!

How do I REDEEM my Groupon?
Simple! Come on in a few minutes early with your Groupon bar code or printed confirmation to activate your Groupon Membership. Please refer to the specific On-Ramp times above. Feel free to call or email us with questions not answered here.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN MY 8 SESSIONS ARE OVER?
If you purchased the 8 sessions simply talk to the trainer to set up a memebership.
If you bought the 8 session + One Month Unlimited then you are already set to join the main CrossFit Classes after you have finished the On-Ramp classes. Choose any time and day on our normal schedule to come in and get your fitness on!
Who can participate in CrossFit ?
CrossFit can be adapted to all ages and ability levels. It is as hard (or as easy) as you make it. The CrossFit approach challenges an individual at their current level of fitness and progressively moves each person to greater levels of fitness.
Can you assure me I’ll get in better shape?
You get out what you put in. This is the case for ANYTHING you choose to do. We can assure you our program works. Remember, exercise and healthy food intake is paramount to your overall wellness.
