Day 3 for the Gates' was a success!  Deadlifts and Jump Ropes turned out to be a challenge but also very manageable.

As for the rest of us, 16 minutes of legs, legs, legs was a doosie.  Don't be shocked if that one shows up again in the distant future.

So, we are failing again as far as updating pictures to our daily WOD page.  But we have a good excuse, we forgot the camera yesterday.  We will have it tomorrow so put on your workout face and get ready for more pictures taken at the worst possible time.
