Cody and Larin Copier swung by to give the beginners WOD a shot.
The WOD consisted of 250m row, 40 squats, 30 sit ups, 20 push ups, 10 pull ups, and a final 250m row. Cody is a tall drink of water and dominated the rower, while Larin blew through the pull ups and push ups. Good work both of you!! Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow.
Kimbo had a Tetanus Shot today and it's really jacking her up. Not to mention the extreme allergic battle she's fighting from within.
