Flying Solo today for the first time in the new box and it was BUSY (I'm definately not complaining)! Thank you everyone for being patient with me as I bounced around from one WOD to the next. Max effort was put into today's WODs and we have some pretty amazing numbers on the board tonight to prove it. Great work guys, keep pushing hard!!!
Congratulations to Chris and Michelle for completing the beginner WOD in under 7 minutes!!! Can't wait to get you both back in the gym for another workout.
