This WOD was a breeze compared to The Filthy Fifty.  Resting between the rowing was key and we are thinking about doing another variation of this in the future...SO BE READY! 

We practiced broad jumps and handstands during out warm up this evening.  Looks like you all will be doing handstand push ups in no time!!! Good work to all the Peeps who made it in tonight.
