5x3 Sumo Deadlift High Pull to a 3 rep Max

Forgot the camera again today, sorry.  Three rounds of Cindy were thrown into the warm up this evening. 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups and 15 Squats for time.  A full 20 minute AMRAP would be Cindy prescribed and we hope you all liked the brief introduction.  Then heavy SDHPs to put the cherry on the sundae.

Speaking of introductions, we noticed that everyone was introducing themselves to each other today!!! Thank you for keeping the CrossFit 916 community a friendly one.  We have a nice little treat for you all tomorrow!  I hope you are all just as excited as we are.
