Today's WOD was a good one! Short and Painful. Every one worked hard today putting forth their best effort. New movements are always challenging in the beginning so please DO NOT get discouraged your form WILL improve as you continue to do them. If you feel you need some one-on-one training on a specific movement let us know and we will do our best to schedule a session wth you ASAP.
Our pull up bar system is in the works this week and you all can bet on us incorporating those into our workouts as soon as it is finished. We can't wait!!! Hope to see you all tomorrow evening.
