400m Run

100 Knees-To-Elbows

8x 50 Yard Weighted Sprints

150 Box Jumps

400m Run

Reps will be done one at a time and you must finish the run together.


Most everyone seemed a bit beat down from their Friday night excursions but hey, you did it.  I think it's safe to say that everyone felt better after this WOD was over.  Oh and I forgot the camera today so I have no pics to show you with some hard work going on.
