With a constant running clock, complete 1 Thruster every 30 seconds for 10 minutes. You MUST add weight at the half way mark.
How did y'all like the backwards running...again?
A different way to handle a heavy day, it started off seemingly easy until the additional weight was added. Not sure about most of you but I was getting scared going into the last 3 rounds as it seemed to be less time between reps and the load got REAL heavy. All in all, a good challenge.
