Holy lung power Batman!!!  Amber said she keeps missing our Wall Ball days and seemed genuinely left out.  Since she works on Box Jumps a whole lot, I figured hey, why not throw the 2 together and give her a workout she can enjoy.  I'm pretty sure she was the only one excited about this one.  I'm still hacking up a lung and it's a day later.  Regardless, great choice of movements for a beat down that we can GUARANTEE will be back to haunt us.
