Athlete will Row for 6 mins and try to get as far as possible. This will be followed IMMEDIATELY by 4 mins of power snatches at YOUR chosen weight. We will take your Pounds used and multiply it by the amount of reps accomplished to find out the total weight moved in the 4 min period.
