It has been a while since I posted the WOD on the website.  We have been EXTREMELY busy getting moved into our new facility. If you came in last week you probably "warmed up" by moving equipment and misc. items from the old spot to the new.  PLEASE bear with me as I will try to remember to update this link a few times this week.
